本芸術祭に展示される作品の一部は実際にご購入いただくことが可能です。
作品ご購入の流れ
- 作品の販売は原則、抽選による販売となる予定です。該当の作品は順次、本サイトの各作品ページに記載いたします。
- 作品は日本国内のみの発送になります。
- 購入をご希望の方は、メールにて抽選のお申込みをお願いいたします。
- 抽選の受付期間は、10月14日～11月3日となります。
- 受付期間終了後に抽選を行い、当選者にメールでご連絡をいたします。（落選者へのメールの連絡はございません）
- 当選メールは、11月10日頃から順次お送りさせていただく予定です。

送料について
- 表示金額には送料は含みません。送料は別途、商品に応じた料金をお客様にご負担いただきます。
- 発送は日本国内のみとなります。
お支払い時期について
- 当選されたお客様にはメールでご連絡いたします。
- メールが送信されてから3日以内にお支払いをお願いいたします。
- 3日以内にお支払いが確認できない場合、キャンセルとなります。
商品の引渡時期について
- お支払いが確認できましたら、順次商品を発送いたします。
- 商品の発送準備状況は随時メールにてご連絡いたします。
- 受注生産の作品については、当選メールと併せて発送時期についてご案内いたします。
不良品の返品・交換
- 商品に万一不備がありました場合はご連絡下さい。商品のお取り替えを致します。なお、一点ものの場合や商品が在庫切れ等の場合、交換ができずキャンセルをお願いする場合もございますので、ご了承ください。

How to Purchase Artworks
Some of the artworks exhibited at this art festival are available for purchase.
Purchase Process
Artwork sales will, in principle, be conducted by lottery.
Eligible artworks will be listed on each artwork’s page on this website as they become available.
Please note that shipping is limited to within Japan.
If you wish to purchase an artwork, please apply for the lottery by email.
Application period: October 14 – November 3
After the application period ends, a lottery will be held and winners will be notified by email.
(Only successful applicants will be contacted.)
Winner notification emails are scheduled to be sent around November 10.

If you wish to apply for the lottery or purchase an artwork,

Shipping
Shipping fees are not included in the listed price.
Actual shipping costs will be charged separately depending on the item.
Shipping is available only within Japan.
Payment
Winners will receive a notification email.
Please complete payment within 3 days of receiving the email.
If payment is not confirmed within 3 days, the order will be canceled.
Delivery
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped sequentially.
For made-to-order artworks, the estimated delivery schedule will be provided in the winner notification email.
Returns / Exchanges
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us.
We will arrange an exchange; however, for one-of-a-kind or out-of-stock items, we may need to cancel the order instead.
